e is for... Egg

I love Eeyore!

I know... cheesy; right?  But Easter is coming up and hard boiled eggs are a part of Spring. 


One source estimates that Americans will color and decorate as many as 180 million eggs this Easter.
So, what is all the eggcitement?
As it turns out, regardless of your religious beliefs, we humans are hard-wired to think of eggs in the spring.
Both spring and eggs are symbols of renewal and rebirth after winter, at least in the Northern Hemisphere.  read more


My personal favorite thing to "Tip Eggs" - that thing people swear they can do on the Vernal Equinox... Well, I have.  Back before digital cameras, we tipped about 2 dozen eggs once.  It was amazing!  What is the most cool aspect of this eggsperiment is feeling the egg polarize (for want of a better term) between your fingers before it stands on its end!
