Q: Many readers/bloggers are also big music fans. Tell us about a few of your favorite bands/singers that we should listen to in 2012.
A: My kids actually tease me constantly about not having any current music. I try to listen to the stuff they suggest, but guess I am old school. I have no idea who is ‘popular’ today, but with so much indie out, it’s hard to keep track of what to listen to.
Old School: Sting, Al Jarreau, Hiroshima, Pink Floyd, Dido (check out 'Sand in My Shoes')
Recent-ish: Nouvelle Vague, Skye Edwards, Imogen Heap, Temper Trap, The Thievery Corporation, Stacey Kent
