weekend rambling

here is where we went this weekend...

Hiked towards Brown Canyon Ranch House.  Some of the trees pictured were burned in the Monument Fire in June 2011...neat to see all of the grasses come back ... and the indomitable spirit of a cactus.  Last picture is looking out towards Mexico.
